Prince Adedapo Oluseun Abiodun, popularly known as Dapo Abiodun, was born on May 29, 1960, into the esteemed royal family of Iperu, in Ikenne Local Government Area of Ogun State, Nigeria. His parents are Dr. Emmanuel Abiodun and Mrs. Victoria Abiodun, both accomplished educationists. Growing up in a household that valued education and public service, Dapo Abiodun was instilled with strong moral principles and an unwavering commitment to excellence from an early age. Education

Dapo Abiodun's educational journey began at Christ’s School Ado-Ekiti in Ekiti State, where he obtained his West African School Certificate (WASC) in 1977.
