Engr. David Nweze Umahi was born on July 25, 1963, in Uburu, a vibrant community nestled within the Ohaozara Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, Nigeria. He hails from a respected family, being the son of Elder Joseph Umahi Nweze and Deaconess Margaret Umahi Nweze.
